Whitemarsh Youth Basketball League

Dear Sir or Madam,

The Whitemarsh Youth Basketball League is currently planning a new season for over 400 township boys to participate. Our league season operates from October to March utilizing the Colonial School District and other area gyms. While certain gym times are free, we must purchase most of our gym time to play all our games. We are finding it difficult to pay for all operating expenses without raising registration fees to expensive levels for our township families.

This is where you may be in a position to help. We need sponsors to support our league. Please consider sponsoring a boys basketball team for the WYBL. This year we have three different levels of sponsorship, they are as follows:

• Gold Sponsor – $150.00, Team Sponsor, includes your name or business on the backs of all your team’s shirts, a large plaque with a team picture and a mention on the Sponsor page of the WYBL website featuring your logo and a link to your website!

· Silver Sponsor - $100.00, keepsake plaque and a mention on the Sponsor page of the WYBL website, including a link to your website!

· Bronze Sponsor - $50.00, mention on the Sponsor page of the WYBL website, including a link to your website!

You may also consider a smaller donation to help defray the costs of First Aid supplies, equipment and stipends for referees. Most importantly, your support will greatly assist the league in providing a quality basketball program for the boys of Whitemarsh Township!

On the reverse side of this flyer you will find a Sponsorship Agreement form for you to complete and return as soon as possible. Keep in mind the league starts games in November and our shirts need to be ordered and printed in a short amount of time.
